1. Introduction

Quota (“Quota,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides a field sales platform for home-services companies. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share information when you use our website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). It also describes the rights and choices available to you.

2. Information We Collect

Account and business data. When a company signs up for Quota, we collect business contact information, billing details, and authentication credentials.

CRM and sales data. With your authorization, we may sync or import data from third-party CRMs, spreadsheets, and field-service platforms. This can include customer names, addresses, phone numbers, appointment records, project details, contract values, commission calculations, and related pipeline information.

User-generated content. Photos, notes, signatures, documents, messages, and other files uploaded by reps or customers through the Services.

Usage and device data. IP address, device type, browser type, operating system, app version, log data, and performance diagnostics. We may use cookies and similar technologies to operate and improve the Services.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve the Services; to authenticate users; to process payments; to calculate and display commissions and pipeline metrics; to communicate with you about your account; to provide customer support; to ensure security and prevent fraud; and to comply with legal obligations.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information. We share information only with:

  • Service providers. Trusted vendors who host data, process payments, send emails, provide analytics, or perform other functions on our behalf.
  • Integration partners. Third-party CRMs and field platforms you choose to connect to Quota, subject to their respective terms and the authorizations you grant.
  • Legal and safety. When required by law, court order, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
  • Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to confidentiality obligations.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational safeguards to protect your data, including encryption in transit, access controls, audit logging, and regular security reviews. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data Retention

We retain information as long as necessary to provide the Services, fulfill the purposes described in this policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. When an account is closed, we delete or anonymize data in accordance with our retention schedule, unless otherwise required by law.

7. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export personal information; to restrict or object to certain processing; and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Account administrators can manage much of this data directly within the Quota Console. To exercise other rights, contact us at the address below.

8. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Services, remember preferences, understand usage, and improve performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but some features may not function properly if cookies are disabled.

9. Children's Privacy

The Services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected information from a child, please contact us immediately.

We operate primarily in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the United States, you understand that your data may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States or other jurisdictions where our service providers operate.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the revised policy on our website and updating the effective date. Continued use of the Services after the changes means you accept the revised policy.
